运用多组学手段,研究蛋白及修饰与代谢物小分子的互作在癌症、肥胖、糖尿病等代谢疾病中的关键作用。.

技术专长
1)蛋白质组学/Proteomics

已建立多种蛋白翻译后修饰的分析方法,多种蛋白定量技术和互作蛋白质组学等分析手段。

2)代谢组学/Metabolomics

已建立基于质谱技术的代谢组学方法,比如基于GC-MS的同位素示踪代谢流分析和基于LC-MS的靶向和非靶向代谢物小分子分析手段
